Senior Registered Client Service Associate

As a senior registered client service associate, Ali’s role is one of immense variety. She performs many of the practice’s essential back-office functions like opening accounts, making trades, wiring payments, processing 401(k) requests and packaging tax documents for clients to send to their accountants. Meanwhile, she also works person-to-person with clients, fulfilling requests and answering questions in a timely manner.

Further, Ali’s experience and training enable her to support the practice’s financial advisors in wealth planning, research ideas and services, and help to hone the edge on client proposals.  

Ali is attentive and communicative, recognizing that beneath the abstraction of finance, her work is about helping people pursue lasting financial well-being for themselves and their loved ones. She see’s attention to detail as an important way to honor her clients’ trust in her and the rest of the team.

In addition to her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialty in finance from the State University of New York College at Geneseo, Ali passed the Series 6, 7 and 66 exams, allowing her to directly assist clients with services and questions regarding financial securities. She has worked in the industry since 2014, and started working with Rebekah Fa’asau in 2016.

Ali is originally from Buffalo, New York, and currently resides in Henderson, Nevada, with her husband, Brian. Outside the office, the duo enjoys hiking, traveling and taking on do-it-yourself projects. She is a regular volunteer at local animal rescues, working with and fostering dogs.

Finer points

Adventure? Relaxation? Enlightenment? What’s your ideal vacation?

A relaxing beach vacation with a good spa and excellent restaurants is the most ideal vacation for me. A time to slow down and truly unwind!

Dessert: essential, occasional or no thanks?

An essential! My family and friends joke I have a separate stomach just for dessert. There is always room.

You have a completely unencumbered day. What’s on your itinerary?

Sleep in, browse the farmers market, take my dogs to the park, spend time with my husband and hopefully a Bills game is on that day.

Hire a guy or DIY?

I think a little bit of both is best. I’m very proud of the DIY projects in our home and learning new skills along the way. But sometimes you just have to call in the professionals!

What are your must-have travel items?

My Kindle, camera and a sound machine for sleep.

You’re settling in for a long bout of intensely focused work: what’s your best environment?

My home office is a sanctuary of peace and quiet for me. A clean space with a comfy chair and I’m ready to work.

What’s your go-to comfort movie?

“You’ve Got Mail.” 90s rom-coms are a true favorite.

What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?

As my mom always reminds me, “This too shall pass.”

What instantly brightens your day when you think about it?

All of the blessings in my life – my husband, family, health, friends.

What are your interior design north stars?

A timeless, classic design and a home filled with pieces I truly love will never go out of style.
